The World Soccer Cup will be held in Cape Town in 2010 where it will probably be impossible to get a place to stay, rental prices will be astronomical so this may be a good time to start advertising for that upcoming event. A charming seaside town where the pace of life is slower than that of the Atlantic Seaboard. Mountainside homes enjoy panoramic views of the coastline and Indian Ocean across the harbor and waterfront. Great mountain and beach walks! The temperature of the water here is approximately 5-7 degrees warmer than that off the beaches of the Atlantic Coast (Camps Bay, Hout Bay, etc). World-renowned attractions, all within 10 minutes drive, include Cape Point Nature Reserve, Boulder's Beach Penguin Colony, Chapman s Peak Drive and the Constantia Wine Route which has excellent wine tasting vineyards. Table Mountain National Park is a 400metre walk away. This beach cottage has been beautifully decorated in shades of cream, white and blues giving it a cosy beach-cottage atmosphere. One's stay here will encompass waking up to beautiful sunrises over the sea and views of whales frolicking in the ocean during the calving season; gentle strolls to the beach; evenings around the barbeque enjoying excellent Cape wine.
