The property consists of a main villa, 4 independent bungalows and 3 Berber
Suites. It offers 10 accommodations, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
The elegant main Villa features 3 bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms. On the main
level, an impressive Entry leads to the Grand Foyer Moroccan-style Patio
with a 360° Galerie Peripherique and skylight roof. Ambiance abounds as you
enter a large Moroccan-style reception area followed by a large open plan
European-style living room and dining room. These areas open to the large
covered terrace (ideal for entertaining), the spectacular pool and beautiful
grounds. This level also includes a half-bath for guests, a large fully
equipped kitchen, an office and staff quarters.
On the second floor one finds Grand Master Suite with a fireplace, the
Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the Palmeraie, the
Master Salon and dressing room and a private terrace.
This floor also includes two guest Suites, each offering its own private
bathroom (with Jacuzzi and douche hammam), dressing room and its own private
terrace. Furthermore you will find on this level the upper-level of the
Galerie Peripherique, a library, and a beautiful large covered terrace with

The lower level is divided in two parts; a private area and a service area.
The private area offers a beautiful fitness with a large work-out room, a
traditional Hammam, a Turkish bath, a steam room and douche, a dressing area
and bathroom facilities. This area is directly accessible from the
mezzanine. The service area consists of a laundry room, a cellar and a
storeroom, all offering direct access to the kitchen.
Throughout the villa a centralized heating and air conditioning system is in
place and the bedrooms and Suite each offer individual A/C and heating.
In the beautiful garden (3 acres) with ancient palm trees and magnificent
flowerbeds with captivating scents, you will find four beautiful Bungalows
and three Berber Suites. The Bungalows are in a traditional architectural
style with cozy decors, pampering amenities and exhilarating views. Each
bungalow offers a private access and entree, a spacious room with a dressing
area and private marble bathroom. The bungalows are equipped with both air
conditioning and heating. The large tented Berber Suites are each
