Villa Tunisia I was designed by a luxury architect and is in the residential area of Gammarth. The villa has a private pool with jacuzzi and is only a few minutes from the beach.
The house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and shower rooms. All the floors are white marble, and there are 2 kitchen one outdoor and one indoor. There is an outdoor eating al fresco area as well as an outdoor terrace, and the villa has two TV rooms with plasma screens. Villa Tunisia 1 has air-conditioning individually controlled from each room and central heating. Daily maid service is provided as well as a daily breakfast.
A 10 minute drive away is the archeological Roman city of Carthage, and 25 minutes is the buzzing capital of Tunis and it’s mysterious bazaars and medina.
The nearest golf course is only a 15 minute drive. The area boasts very good restaurants, shops in the area, a bowling alley, and horse or camel riding.
Next door there is a resort with tennis courts as well as a wonderful spa just a 10 minutes drivew that offers a large variety of massage, Hammam and Turkish bath, as well as all the pampering treatments you deserve..
Also only a 10 minute drive away is the charming blue and white pittoresque village of Sidi Bou Said, where there are many art galleries around the area, and
depending on the time of the year there are very good music festivals (classical, jazz, dance, world music).
Transfer to and from the Airport included.
No pets allowed, and no smoking indoors.
