Over 90 million years ago an island was formed with a shoreline that attracted many of the Indians throughout the Caribbean. now there's a place on the windward side of the island where you can discover the privacy the vista and the incredible ancient shoreline that only this enclosed two story compound will offer. you'll also discover a completely new meaning for the word "paradise"! About 3 acres of land with over 400' on the ocean. 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms, 1 bedroom with adjacent half bath (all bedrooms and the den are airconditioned), a saltwater pool surrounding the living room, a Jacuzzi and one of the nicest shorelines on Jumby Bay as well as Antigua. On the eastern side is two stories, with a master bedroom on the upper floor and two bedrooms beneath. Each has a full bath with the master and oceanside bedroom having a very large shower and the other has a tub with a shower. Along the southern side of the "Fort" is another playroom with a queen size day bed and a couch that can pull out into a bed. Adjacent to that room is a half bath. Continuing clockwise on the other side of the entry way and living room is the bar and another bedroom with a full bath. The western two story structure has the garage, utility room, kitchen and dining room. On the second floor is the den which also has a full bath. The southern side of the "Fort" has a wall with doors that can be shut for complete privacy or open for the view and breeze. The top of the wall has stairs that descend in the center to the bridge that goes over the pool to the living room. The top of the wall also connects the den to the master bedroom.
