Our estate is made up of five acres which span the island from East to West. On the West side, our main 5 bedroom house(Is 9 Bedrooms but can be rented as 7 bedrooms.) sits on three acres of land and 450 feet of ocean. It faces the sunset and has an infinity edge pool, playground for kids, a dining gazebo, a "living room" gazebo, an outdoor shower and a bar b que area. The house itself has 4 guest bedrooms (two queen, two king) a playroom/office, a beautiful new white marble kitchen with all new appliances, plasma tv, music inside and outside, beautiful landscaping, dining room and living room. The East side of our property is our own 2 acre, 300 foot private beach. We have a beautiful winding sand path which leads to it and on the beach we have two lovely thatch roof cabanas. One is set up for dining, the other for lounging. We have a full gas grill beside the dining cabana and a Balinese style table which seats ten. Our home comes with 6 golf carts, 2 jet skis, 2 kayaks, and bicycles,. Our 39 foot Intrepid boat would also be available for an additional cost. All of the buildings have air conditioning, and the main house has satellite high speed internet. All televisions have satellite service. 80 foot Baia $5000 per day/ $28000 per week. Plus Fuel. Captain included. 3 day minimum. 37 foot Intrepid $700 per day/$4200 per week. Plus fuel, Captain included. 3 day minimum.
