The estate consists of a Main House with 3 bedrooms and Cottage with 3 bedrooms in a renowned garden, overlooks the entire bay from an elevated position, and has immediate access to a private beach.
Considered to be one of the finest beaches on the island, ‘The Old Fort Bay’ is adjacent to historic Lyford Cay Harbor. The house was furnished and decorated by an international designer as her own home. , and presents a quality of design and furnishings rarely found in a rental home. Having been photographed, the estate has appeared in such world-renowned publications as Vanity Fair.
Staff includes Live-in Butler, House-keeper, maid, chef, 2 gardeners.
The villa has wireless internet through the main part of the house and bedrooms. Each bedroom also has AC. The villa also features satellite TV, music and a barbecue.
