Fosters House is a beachfront villa which has been recently built along the prime sought after beachfront location of Lower Carlton in St James . The villa is has two floors, built behind a stone wall with an electric gated entrance from the main road . This area is relatively quiet, with a number of neighbouring properties and the villa has directly access to a stunning stretch of white sand.
The interior design of Fosters House is very elegant and contemporary with quality furnishings creating a desirable plantation style beachfront villa. On the ground is an open - plan dining and living room with soft sofas, TV and dining table to seat 10, plus air - conditioning.
The décor is in soothing creams and chocolate which blend with the floor tiles, neutral drapes and walls. In addition carefully selected art and accessories finish off and enhance the room. There is smaller family room off the main living area with sofa bed which convert into a fifth bed if required.
From both these areas you can walk out onto the covered veranda, which has stunning uninterrupted views over the pool to the sea, just the place for sun worshippers and beach lovers. The 27ft x 19ft mosaic tiled pool has a Jacuzzi to one end and is set within a spacious sun deck an there is a low wall separating the private grounds from the beach.
Access to the beach is through an arched gateway to the side of the sun terrace down some steps and across a small lawn. The villa provides wonderfully for outside living and dining, and to keep fit there is a small air - conditioned gym located just off the driveway.
Up on the first floor are the 4 air - conditioned bedrooms which all enjoy the fantastic sea views from their own private balconies.
