A separate staircase leads to each wing making it very private when two families travel together. The 5 th bedroom is located on the ground floor, which also has air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace. This is an ideal house for several couples travelling together, as the bedrooms are of all of equal size and have the same amenities including a T.V, along with an ocean view.
The central lounge is a very large with it's blend of colours and sumptuous furnishings stretches almost the width of the ground floor, and as you enter you can see immediately see straight down to the oceanfront. Through the lounge you will find a long covered terrace, with a comfortable seating area and a dining area at either end, one area is for more formal dining.
Just off the lounge is a library and adjacent TV Room with DVD, CD player and a sound system which can be heard throughout grounds. Next to the TV room is an office with computer access.
After a relaxing sunbathe in the garden, guests can walk down to the narrow white sandy beach, which may appear a little rocky for swimming or return to the private swimming pool for that leisurely swim. The villa has a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen and guests are taken care of by the cook, butler, maid and laundress.
Alongside the front entrance of the villa is a separate building which houses the utility room, a small air-conditioned gym, a full bathroom with shower and a games room with a snooker table.
