Villa Barbados 380 is a newly built 3 bedroom villa, furnished to a very high standard in a contemporary Caribbean design. It is located just a few steps across the road from the very popular Mullins Beach at the northern end of the West Coast of Barbados and next to the Suga Suga spa complex and makes the best of the view.
The outside living space the pool, sun terrace and dining gazebo are quite open so would suit families and couples who do not require complete privacy, but want to have all modern amenities a villa and to be close to beach activity. Mullins Beach stretches down towards Gibbs and is one of the nicest beaches on Barbados where the sand and swimming are excellent, there is also a beach bar and water - sports facilities.
Villa Barbados 380 has an ultra modern kitchen, which is well equipped with stainless steel fridge, professional cooker, marble worktops and has an central station and breakfast bar combined. This is partially open plan with the living area and staircase leading to the upper floor in the middle.
The living room is comfortable, with a woven natural fibre sofa and chairs with bright cushions and colourful local art on the wall. There ia formal dining area and an adjoining entertainment room with a 42" Plasma TV, Dolby surround sound stereo system, VCR and DVD player, high speed internet connection and a selection of board games.
Upstairs there are three air - conditioned, each decorated with a different bold colour scheme and have modern furnishings in polished woods. The Master bedroom has sleigh style king size bed ed soft furnishings, 42" plasma TV and walk - in dressing room.
The other two bedrooms also have wide screen TV's and all 3 bedrooms face the ocean, and have both are air - conditioning and ceiling fans and en suite bathrooms. There is further bedroom, which is located in the basement and has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom, rented on special request only.
