Health and Fitness Centre at Half Moon Bay Club

This modern facility includes a new aerobic dance studio, cardio theatre with cable television, FM radio, treadmills, recumbent bicycles, upright bicycles, step machines and a rowing machine.

The Nautilus Weight room also has new "Next Generation" equipment including double chest, overhead press, abdominal machine, leg extension, compound row, seated dip, multi-biceps, seated leg curl and lateral pull-down machines. Free weights, a Nautilus Olympic bench and various incline and leg raise abdominal benches are also available.

Personal trainers and yoga instructors are available, and for those wishing for complete privacy, in-room or villa lessons are also available.

Aerobics

Aerobic workouts are available at our complete Fitness Centre.  Our certified aerobic instructors will help you keep in shape, even on your vacation! Aerobic classes are available throughout the week.
