Nashville, is an elegant 4-bedroom 4.5 bath house in located in Mammee Bay, approximately 6 miles west of Ocho Rios. A gated drive leads up to a modern 2-story villa. The downstairs has a large white tiled living room with modern tropical upholstered furniture, leading to a canopied outdoor terrace area. A separate formal dining room seats eight. A half bath is also on the first floor.
There is a large first floor bedroom with terrace doors to the garden. The second floor has three large, well furnished bedrooms all with king/queen beds. The master bedroom has a very large outdoor furnished terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms all look out to the pool, ocean and mountains (Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3). All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, large baths with tub and shower. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated in light fabrics and woods.
Outdoors a large rectangular pool with chaise lounges and outdoor dining table and chairs is very private and comfortable. A poolside gazebo is ideal for afternoon teas or cocktails. The gardens are beautiful and professionally tended. This property is not on the ocean but some of the second floor bedroom windows look out to the sea. The Mammee Bay Beach Club is located just a very short walk down private, quiet Beach Road.
