Au Soleil is a very spacious, on one level where all the rooms have the view on the sea.
Designed as an arc of a circle, it has a large living room in the middle opened onto a magnificient tropical garden at the end of which is a superb outside covered living room with the view on the ocean...
The living area consists of a large dining area, the living room with comfortable couches oriented on one side towards the ocean and the pool and on the other side towards the garden, a large audio and video area and a library.
The disappearing edge pool is in front of the living room overlooking all Saint Jean bay.
On each side of the living room are two bedrooms each with its own sea view and a deck.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent Au Soleil as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa or as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa or as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa or as a four bedroom and four bathroom villa.
The disappearing pool edge (26.25 on 11.48 ft.) overlooking Saint Jean bay is surrounded by a solarium terrace with a beautiful view of Saline beach. Some teckchairs will be at your disposal.
The master bedroom has a four persons Jacuzzi.
All the bedrooms have the view on the ocean and have king size bed (6.56 on 6.56 ft.).
The master bedroom has the air conditioning, mosquito netting, a television with American satellite, a DVD player and VCR, a fax, internet with DSL, a safe, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The second bedroom has the air conditioning, a flat screen television with DVD player, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The two last bedrooms have the air conditioning, a fan, a flat screen television with DVD player, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.
The living room has the view on the sea and the garden.
You will find some fans, a television with American satellite, a DVD and CD player, a VCR, a MP3 player hokkup, a high speed internet access with wireless and a payable small wine cellar.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for 10 persons.
You will find all the necessary to cook - fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, gas barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
