Ouana is made of two large flats and a studio flat where a fitness room is. Both of the flats, the red and the blue are the same : two bedrooms (on the first floor), two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a terrace.
Each part of the villa is private. It is perfect for a family or friends who are looking for fun with no lack of privacy.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except Sundays and public holidays) to clean.
You can rent Ouana as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa or as a three bedroom and three bathroom villa or as a four bedroom and four bathroom villa.
All the bedrooms have the view on the sea.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (6.56 on 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a safe, a mosquito net, a bathroom with a bath and a hair dryer.

Some bath and beach towels will be at your disposal.
The living room has the view on the sea and Marigot.
You will find the air conditioning, some fans, the television with the American satellite (DishNetwork), a DVD and CD player, a fax machine and a high speed internet access with wireless.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for 10 people.
You will find all the necessary to cook - air conditioning, fan, fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dish washer, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue and an iron with an ironing board.
