High Season for St. Croix rentals unless otherwise stated, is Jan 10 - Apr. 30. Christmas is Dec. 20 - Jan. 9. There is a 7-night minimum rental in our St. Croix villas during high season, and most vills are 5-night minimum stay during low season, although some villas still require a 7-night stay year round.
Pricing for St. Croix rental villas is per week and is subject to 8% USVI tax and service. Rentals less than or greater than 1 week are prorated. Certain holiday weeks such as Thanksgiving may require a premium rate, please contact us to confirm pricing during holidays. Some rates do not reflect an additional cost per person per night for guests sleeping in lofts or sofabeds.
