The Great Room encompasses part of the stone mill; a few steps up into the mill itself brings you to the fabulous gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with a Viking gas range, every spice and condiment imaginable, and lots of space in which to create delectable snacks and meals. Bordering the Great Room is a covered alfresco dining pavilion; a few steps lower is the blue-tiled pool and sun deck. These areas enjoy breathtaking, limitless views of St. Croix's North Shore and the aqua ocean beyond. A handcrafted teak staircase spirals up within the stone mill to two separate air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites which offer even better long-distance views and cooling tradewinds. The air-conditioned king master suite lies across the entry hall from the Great Room; the fourth bedroom with bath and air-conditioning lies within the mill and kitchen area, and has its own private entry. Just off the pool deck is the fifth bedroom - a private sleeping cabana, air-conditioned and with its own bath, which may be set up with a queen bed or two twins.
