A 7-night minimum rental is required for St. John's 113 all year around (except during Christmas/New Year's period, when a 10-night minimum rental is required).
As is true in any popular and growing destination, construction of new homes continues on St. John's leeward coast, and in and around Peter Bay. A new estate is being completed next to St. John's 113; we anticipate this will be done by May, 2007.
