Description of Villa St. John's 121:

This unique luxury villa located in the exclusive and gated Peter Bay enclave is truly the botanical garden of St. John. Three pavilions on two levels, threaded together by tiled walkways and bracketed by lush palms and tropical plantings, encompass five equal-sized, air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites, all screened and offering azure ocean views from breezy galleries. A wrought iron entry gate opens to the stone courtyard set with plants, and a dramatic atrium leads to the main pavilion and its Great Room with a handcrafted mahogany gourmet kitchen, powder room, dining table for ten, and entertainment center. French doors lead out to a spectacular verandah set with Doric columns. Below via a staircase are two equal king suites, a fountain, and a shaded exercise area with its own full bath. Alongside and accessed by a few steps is St. John's 121's most private, air-conditioned bedroom, in its own separate pavilion with screened french doors. On the other side of the main pavilion and the terraced pool area is Coco de Mer's third pavilion, comprised of two levels, each with an equal air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suite with a covered gallery via french doors. Twin staircases lead to the sparkling pool set within a unique garden amphitheater with antique tiling, a central mosaic, and built-in seating. The large hot tub is tucked away in the garden just below the pool, perfect for star-filled romantic nights. Coco de Mer is just a short trek or drive down to one of the most beautiful white-sand beaches in the National Park area. Every custom detail in this superb villa spells luxury and beauty for the discerning traveler...five stars.

6 Satellite TVs with VCRs, DVD player in Great Room, CD player, radio, movie + music collections, books, games, A/C in all five bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, built-in gas grill, 2nd refrigerator on the pool level, safe for valuables, fax machine with a separate line (also convenient for plugging in your laptop), answering machine, hair dryers, exercise area with Nordic Gold Weight Machine + Elliptical Machine, beach chairs + coolers, Graco highchair and nylon crib/playpen, electronic entry gate into Peter Bay, dishwasher, laundry.

Rental Notes:

A 7-night minimum rental required all year around for St. John's 121 all year around (except Xmas/New Year's, when a 10-night minimum rental is required). COCO de MER IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR WEDDINGS and PARTIES! (maximum 30 guests for reception*): $15,500/week for 1-10 persons in high season; $11,100/week for 1-10 persons in low season (plus, a $1,500 refundable damage deposit is required for weddings and functions.) *ALL flatware, china, dishes and glassware for the wedding MUST be rented or provided by your caterer; caterer must also do ALL cleanup after the wedding, reception or party. Guests will be held reponsible for any extra villa cleaning or trash removal that their caterer fails to do. As is true in any popular and growing destination, construction of new homes continues on St. John's leeward coast, and in and around Peter Bay. We will be happy to get current details of such activity for you, and to give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe about any noise or disturbance near the villa you rent...please inquire!
