St. John's 114 is a French-West Indian designed villa built after a home in St. Barts. This open air villa faces beautiful sunrises which will grace your views each morning. The wrap around decks in the main building provide shade and a cool spot to take in the spectacular vistas.St. John's 114 has unique Caribbean Charm
For sunlovers, the 10 x 20 pool, bordered with hand painted tiles, is very private. The ceramic tiled deck space surrounding the pool is furnished with ample seating and an alfresco dining area among the beautiful gardens.
The private pool is an added bonus since you are only minutes from all of the beautiful white sand beaches of the National Park on the north shore.
The second floor main building consists of an open air kitchen with island, dining for up to eight, the living room and entertainment center, one lofted bedroom, full outdoor, covered, garden bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Walk directly across the deck to Moonlight Cottage, a pale blue unit with one bedroom and the largest garden bathroom in the house! This second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed, ceiling fan and romantic netting for your comfort. Moonlight Cottage has wrap around decks and a teak bench for two, perfect for overlooking your very own bay view.
On the first floor of Moonlight cottage, sits Shell Cottage, the only screened in room in the house. The queen sized bed faces the five foot high screened in windows across the front of the building. This allows the gentle tradewinds to flow through your room. Shell cottage has a private screened in bathroom with a shower made of island bricks and a small porch with a swing!
Past Moonlight and Shell cottage, sits Pineapple Cottage. This pale yellow bedroom is the most private of all! It overlooks the pool, has wrap around decks and has a clothing optional porch off to the east side of the
building. Two twin beds, with a four poster, pineapple bed frame are featured in this bedroom. These two beds may be put together to form a king. The ceiling fan and romantic netting are provided for your added comfort. A small fridge, phone and deck furniture are also provided.
St. John's 114 is a home loved by many. The true romantic island design has caught the eye of many artists and photographers and has been featured in many Caribbean articles and photo shoots.
Because of the island roads to get to this villa, we recommend a 4WD vehicle.
St. John's 114 (in February & April only) may have a friendly cat on property.
