St. John's 123 also has CD player with built-in speakers in LR + outdoor speakers, radio, music collection, books, games; computer with internet access, internet access for your laptop in every bedroom, printer, fax + answering machines; safes for valuables in all bedrooms + billiard room. Complete A/C throughout this villa. Gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including gas cooktop and icemaker. Dry bar in living room, wet bar and dart board in billiard room, outdoor gas grill. Master suite's bath has a steam feature in the shower. 2 St. John's 123 bathrobes, 2 pair St. John's 123 slippers + a hair dryer in each bedroom. Automatic generator, hammocks, beach chairs, dishwasher, 2 laundries.

Also included in St. John's 123's rental rates are complimentary transfers for all St. John's 123 guests from the St. Thomas airport to the National Park Dock in Cruz Bay, St. John. A private air-conditioned taxi van with professional driver will meet your incoming flight at the St. Thomas airport and drive you in comfort to the ferry dock, where a private water taxi will take you directly to St. John's National Park dock. There you will be met by either of St. John's 123's caretakers in St. John's 123's private air-conditioned and customized Tundra safari wagon; he or she will assist you with your rental vehicles and will escort you to St. John's 123 and get you settled. St. John's 123's two helpful caretakers, Luis & Beth, live in a separate apartment to the side of the property, and are on call there to assist you with anything you might need, including concierge services, and to answer your questions - but your total privacy within St. John's 123 is completely assured. Please - no smoking inside St. John's 123, except for the Billard Room, where smoking is allowed.
