Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, St. John 502 (named after the USVI's national flower) is built on two levels and features lovely ocean views of Cruz Bay's harbor and of St. Thomas beyond, and sparkling seas to the horizon. The main level has a living room and full kitchen, with an air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite adjoining; pocket sliding doors open from both rooms onto the deep covered verandah set with a pool. The verandah fronting the villa is spacious, cool and shady, and is furnished as another alfresco living area for comfortable relaxation and dining with a view. Below, via a sheltered exterior staircase, is the lower air-conditioned king master bedroom/bath suite. St. John 502 is beautifully furnished and very well equipped for your vacation pleasures, with lots of extra amenities, including a DSL line + Wi-Fi for your laptop. You may rent just St. John 502 for one to four persons, or you may also rent Ylang-Ylang and/or Mandavilla (St. John 502's two adjacent sister villas) together, to sleep up to 12 persons in three separate villas. Although these villas are next door to each other, privacy between the three properties is well maintained, and this new property is so conveniently located near Cruz Bay - just a short walk or about a 1-1/2-minute drive away for shopping, dining, island-style nightlife, and all the holiday fun St. John has to offer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VILLA'S TWO BEDROOMS ARE ON SEPARATE FLOORS, ACCESSED BY AN OUTSIDE STAIRCASE. ALTHOUGH CHILDREN 12 AND OVER ARE WELCOME, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL BE SLEEPING SEPARATELY FROM THEIR PARENTS.
On-site management is in apartment beneath Mandavilla (which is next door.) He's there if you need him for seasoned advice on island activities and anything else you might want to know, but your vacation privacy is,of course, completely assured at St. John 502.
As is true in any popular destination, new construction continues in many areas of St. John. As of summer, 2006, there is a construction site about a half-mile down the valley from St. John 502, and there is usually activity on this site weekdays and sometimes on Saturdays. We will be happy to get current details of this activity for you and give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe - please inquire.
