St. John's VII is approximately 1/4 of a mile up Centerline Road from Cruz Bay, and has a magnificent 24 hour view of activity between St. Thomas, St. John and the surrounding Cays. The mornings can begin with rainbows, the afternoons with vistas speckled with sailing yachts, the evenings with sunsets and the night sky.

Main Villa 3BR, 3 1/2 BA with dipping pool

The Villa is of old world Danish architecture in style. Made of strong masonry arched walls, hardwood floors and ceiling, with an arbor covered bricked court yard surrounding the dipping pool and fountain.

The upper level great room consists of a fully appointed kitchen! covered outdoor dining area, living room with TV, VCR, Stereo, CD, Cassette Player and 1/2 bath. Also on the upper level is a guest bedroom with private covered porch, king size bed and bath with outdoor shower. On the mid-level, sharing a covered patio, are two more bedrooms, king size bed in one the other with two twins which can be made into a king. Each bedroom contains a sink and vanity, sharing a common bath and shower.

Guest Cottage 2BR, 2 BA with spa

The guest house wing has a large master bedroom suite with small kitchenette, sitting area and bath. This suite boasts romantic old world ambiance with it's hand carved four poster queen size bed. The lower level bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with easy access via a brick path to the arbor covered garden sitting area.

The property sits in a quiet, private cul de sac at the end of a estate road. It has a separate entrance to the guest house/master suite. The villa faces northwest and takes advantage of the constant cooling trade winds while still enjoying the sunsets.
