Dining area, kitchen, TV area and lower living room looks over an inviting octagonal pool and a sun terrace with a spectacular sea view. TV area has a ceiling fan, cable TV fitted with VCR and Hi-fi system. There is a laundry room and a guest bathroom. A selection of restaurants, golf course, tennis facilities, a health spa, a shopping centre plus other recreational activities are available within 5-15 minutes drive.
