We are delighted to add this brand new villa to their portfolio. The construction of the villa was completed in August 2006; it is furnished throughout to the highest possible specification, making it a most desirable villa.
Lemon Tree is located in a prime position on the Cap Estate. It is situated high above the Caribbean Sea with panoramic views over Anse Du Cap Beach and to Pigeon Island National Park.
Each of the two bedrooms has single beds, which can be converted into a kingsize option, depending on your preference. Both bedrooms have an en suite shower room.
The villa enjoys central air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Grand Master Bedroom (situated on the first floor) has been designed to take full advantage of the villa’s spectacular position. The enclosed balcony has floor to ceiling windows, and the large furnished open private terrace has uninterrupted views of the Cap Estate and the Caribbean Sea. The bedroom is furnished with white rattan furniture, the soft furnishings are principally in cool shades of blue giving tranquility and sophistication.
The Master Bedroom (ground floor) is reached directly through double doors from the living area; once again it has white rattan furniture with soft furnishings in vibrant colours. The large French glass doors open onto the terrace, which gives direct access to the infinity swimming pool with its impressive views.
The wrap around terrace allows for sun bathing and is also partly covered for al fresco dining.
The ground floor has been designed to give three distinct areas: living, entertaining and dining.
The living seating area enjoys terrace and sea views.
The entertainment area has Cablevision TV, DVD player and radio/CD player with a small library of appropriate CD’s. The furniture in the living room and entertainment areas has been exclusively designed for the villa and hand made by British Craftsman.
The dining area has a European flavour with English table linens, French glasses, Italian cutlery and the finest Royal Doulton Bone China.
