Totally private and very casual, this property offers two separate 3-bedroom villas with a scenic pool between them, perfect for families or friends traveling together. A profusion of flowering tropical plants is the beautifully-landscaped setting for this serene property. The western villa, Leeward, has three bedrooms and two baths all on one level, a spacious Great Room bordered by an L-shaped balcony, and a fully-outfitted kitchen. Bedrooms have patios or balconies. On the other side of the pool is Windward, offering two bedrooms with two baths and its own fully-equipped kitchen on a mezzanine level just above the compact dining and sitting areas. An exterior staircase on the pool side of Windward leads you down to the very private and charming lower queen bedroom/bath suite, complete with its own balcony, sitting area and another kitchenette. Furnishings in both Leeward and Windward are easy-living tropical rattan, bamboo and wicker enhanced by potted plants, island fabrics and artwork. These two villas afford a very homey and comfortable ambience, and offer an impressive vacation value for a large family or group.

Each villa has Cable TV, VCR, CD/tape player, radio, movie + music collections, books, games, hair dryers, hammock, gas grill, voice mail service, beach chairs + coolers. Washer + dryer may be used for an additional fee of $25 on the days that the housekeeper is there (payable to the housekeeper, Carol).
(Tennis + scuba diving are available at nearby Nanny Cay Marina for modest fees; it also has two restaurants + five boutiques).
