The covered verandah, graced with pillars framing the lovely views, is just a few steps down to the pool, deck and gazebo. From the pool and gazebo, a gradual staircase leads up through magnificent flowering gardens set with natural boulders to Tortola XIII on its other side. Tortola XIII offers two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites, and is also screened. The main living area has a kitchen with a lively handpainted mural of banana trees, and dining and living space, all pleasingly furnished in island style with lots of casual, cushioned wicker, rattan and exotic woods. Just outside is a relaxing alfresco dining area overlooking the sea. On one side of the living area is the queen bedroom and ensuite bath, with the king suite on the opposite side - wonderful for couples' privacy. Tortola XIII two beautifully-proportioned miniature mansions, done with a nod to classic Palladian style, offer handcrafted mahogany doors, a real clam shell sink in each bathroom, and are well separated from each other, providing excellent seclusion between both houses for guests' privacy. The entire Estate is adorned with lovely mature tropical landscaping, tiled walkways and shady verandahs, all with a memorable view, and both villas are situated to welcome cooling tradewinds coming in off the sea. Off the beaten tourist track, tranquil Tortola XIII will delight those looking for peace and seclusion. A simple arrival dinner with wine and your next morning's continental breakfast are included in the rental rates for both villas.

Tortola XIII and West are NEVER rented separately to two different parties - you may rent either Tortola XIII by itself for 1 to 4 persons, or add Tortola XIII for up to 8 guests.
A FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE RENTAL CAR OR JEEP IS RECOMMENDED FOR ELYSIUM ESTATE.
A 10-night minimum rental is required for the Christmas/New Year's period.

As is true in any popular and growing destination, construction of several new homes continues in the Little Bay neighborhood and near Tortola XIII. We will be happy to get current details of such activity for you, and to give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe about any noise or disturbance nearby...please inquire!
Maid service once per week for all rentals of at least 7 days.
