Description of Villa Wauwinet Too:

Villa Wauwinet Too was built in the early 90's at the tip of Ocean Point offering you peace, privacy, and luxury with unobstructed views, memorable sunsets and starry nights. Here you can sit by the pool in total privacy and enjoy sun or shade with gentle tradewinds ever present, and hear ocean waves lapping the shore. Inside the villa you will find all walls to be tongue and groove pickled cypress, high beamed ceilings, Italian tile floors, 33 channel cable TV, stereo, air conditioning, washer/dryer, and more. Wauwinet Too offers you a choice of 3 or 4 bedrooms, with 3 or 4 baths, depending on your use of the optional separate suite. The main house has three bedrooms and three baths a complete kitchen and bar, large living room with cathedral ceilings and great views overlooking the pool and sea. The separate suite, located at ground level just under the main house, offers one bedroom, one bath, living room, dining area, and private patio. Both it and the main house are attractively furnished, and both offer you good privacy.

Rental Notes

In order to keep rental rates low, maid service is included before, after and one time in the middle of your stay for a light clean-up. Additional maid service is available for $7 an hour with a three-hour minimum. Many people feel too much maid service can be an intrusion on privacy, so it is not included in the rate, otherwise causing you to pay for something you may not want, but available inexpensively if you do want it. Air conditioning is available in all the villas, some with a surcharge based on usage via a separate, easy-to-read, digital meter. Cooks - If you want a cook or chef to cook at the villa for you, this can be easily arranged. However, there are some very enjoyable restaurants on the island representing many nationalities and ranging in price from cheap to expensive.
