The newly built contemporary home was designed by, Los Angeles architect, Michael Poirier. Villa Nicoya's's clean lines and open floor plan offer the ultimate in indoor / outdoor living. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances and the bathrooms feature Hansgrohe fixtures and ceiling-mounted rain showers. It is important to note that all of Villa Nicoya's bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. As an alternative, ceiling fans are also mounted throughout the house.

Villa Nicoya 3 is staffed with a full-time groundskeeper. Daily maid service and an on-call concierge are provided. A private gourmet chef is available upon request and on-site childcare is easily arranged.
