They will also be avalible to download soon! Our deposit policy on 85% of our private villas is for you to send a 50% deposit at the time of the booking. At two months inadvance of arrival, the final payment will have to be made. Atany point before that two month window, you may receive a full refund of your deposits for 85% of our properties. There are a few villas that will charge a $50 or $100 cancellation fee and there are others where the deposit is non refundable.
