Floranne is set on three floors. The main floor has two large connected salons decorated with 17th, 18th and 19th century antiques, collected by the owner’s family. The salons have large, south facing bay windows that overlook the front garden. A classic French style marble staircase leads you down to the pool area. A dining room, a spacious TV room, a study room, a guest dressing room with bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen constitute the rest of the ground floor.
In the basement, two seventies styled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have a direct garden access. A children playroom, a laundry room, the maid quarters and a cellar compose the rest of it.
On the second floor, three sizable south facing bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are furnished with antiques. They open onto an immense terrace looking upon a panoramic setting. There is also a fourth bedroom with a separate shower room.
The garden is approximately 26,000 square feet planted with tall pine and palm trees, featuring numerous flowerbeds and an unusually big swimming pool (18x9 yards) good for intensive training. Large outdoors parties can be accommodated easily thanks to its ample flat grounds, the garden furniture and sheds provided and the summer kitchen by the shady green BBQ corner. Beyond the pool and the changing rooms, a vegetable garden, looked after by the gardener, provides the house with daily fresh seasonal products.
Sharing the same garden is an adjoining house with its private entrance. Classical on the outside, but modern in the inside, it is a very comfortable and convivial house with six bedrooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms, living room, dining room, fireplace and an open plan fully equipped kitchen.
The unique location of Villa Floranne allows its occupants to walk a few hundred yards to the rocks of Coco Beach and dive in the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. Nice pleasure harbor is just a hop away where it is easy to rent motor and sailing boats, and where children as well as adults can take water sports classes (sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, rowing…). Tennis courts and horse riding are available within 10 to 15 minutes drive and world-renowned golf courses (Mougins, Biot and Mont Agel) are less that an hour of a breathtaking drive away.

- The ideal combination would be to set up adults in the main house and children and teenagers in the other house.
