This is a luxurious six bedroom villa set in the heart of the countryside, at La Garde Freinet, in the Var.

The living room is very spacious, with a modern fireplace and Provencal sofas and armchairs. The lounge has a ceiling 8 metres high with stairs up to a gallery going around the top. There is a mezzanine, which serves as a games room, with billiards table, mini-library and TV. The other side of the gallery accommodates the master bedroom and guestrooms.

The villa is surrounded by terraces and boasts a real lawn on the east facing side. There is a medium sized pool and a large pool house with summer kitchen and a large dining table. To one side, there is the sauna and also a studio apartment with a double bed and is decorated in white. It has sliding bay windows on to the terrace and looks on to the main building. It also has a shower room.

The main villa consists of six bedrooms:

the master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom
two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom
two children's bedrooms, which are identical and which communicate by a mezzanine floor, which serves as a communal playroom.
a baby's room with cot and furniture in ancient English pinewood.

The three main bedrooms are light, spacious and decorated with warm pastel colours and modern Provencal furniture.

There are 3 bathrooms, one for the master bedroom, one for the children's bedrooms and the third for the two guestrooms. They are decorated with Salerne tiles, some light pastel colours and the bathtubs are all new, but in ancient form (a tub on four short legs with gold taps and showerhead).

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the normal electrical appliances and an American fridge freezer. There are large working spaces and a dining/breakfast room adjoining the kitchen. The dining table seats up to 10 people.
