The property consists of two villas and is situated on the sea with its own private beach and there are a couple of moorings for a boat.
The main villa has three bedrooms on the top floor each with its independent and for two, in suite bathrooms.
All three bedrooms look out on to the sea and share a large balcony.
The second house has an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the top floor and a kitchen, toilet and sitting room on the ground floor.
The studio apartment is self-contained on the lower ground level.
The ground floor in the main house has an entrance with a toilet, the kitchen
and a large area divided up into three sections that all look out directly on to the sea.(fireplace and breakfast table, sitting room and dining room).
This floor space area in the main house gives out on to the garden at the back and a hot tub in the front that overlooks the sea.
Out from the breakfast area there is a large patio so people can have breakfast overlooking the sea.
There are steps that lead down to another large patio area which is covered by vines and trellis and therefore shaded from the hot
sun and this is where the barbecue area is situated with an outdoor kitchen and a large table to seat at least 12 people.
This area also leads down to the beach through an archway.
The sitting room, breakfast and winter dining room area is approx. 1500 sq ft.
At the beach level there is a whole master suite with a large bathroom and bedroom in which I have put a number of beds so that it could be used as a kids dormitory.
It has its own entrance of two large windows giving directly on to the beach. There is a hot/cold water shower on the beach.
There are other areas to sit outside and a large family will not be on top of each other as we are often 10 people living here and many more having meals.
There is a live-in caretaker and she comes in and does the cleaning etc every day and her husband takes care of the garden.
She is in her own house adjoining the property.
The house is in Ste Maxime which faces St Tropez and has the great advantage of facing South sea-side and therefore you can sit outside at night without having the dampness.
ADSL Fastline Internet and Wi-Fi in the house.
Satelite Television with most international channels.
There is a well guarded house next door and on the other side there are neighbours and also a 4 star hotel.
The nearest shops and tennis courts are 200yds away.
The port is about 500 yds from which a shuttle runs all day until 01.00hrs to the port of St Tropez and it takes about 7 minutes.
There is parking space in the front of the house for at least three
cars but the advantage is that once you are there you do not really need a car.
The local supermarket will deliver.
I can arrange the hire of a boat for the duration of the stay.
I have turned down a lot of applicants because I do not want the house destroyed by kids running wild or pop groups not respecting the property.
I might also add that the house is in the front row for all the fireworks displays throughout the summer.
