Semi-private villa residence, part of an entity of 4 similar villas sharing one pool (Phoeve, Leto, Myconos III and Artemis), built on a slopping land, part of a larger property on the slope of Aghios Ioannis, opposite Delos. Artemis is built on the lower lever of this small complex and comprises: Entrance into a large open plan lounge consisting of living room with a fireplace, dining room for 6 persons and fully equipped kitchen . Twin bedroom with a WC/bath en-suite. Built-in double bedroom (without balcony) and a twin bedroom sharing a WC/shower . All bedrooms -except one- have their private seaview balcony. Worth mentioning for their artistic attributes are the interior roofs decorated by traditional style wooden logs and the floors which are wooden in bedrooms and engraved marple in hallways and ground floor lounge. At the exterior there is a stone-tiled sun terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, partly shaded by wooden pergola. Stone sills provide a certain degree of privacy from the neighbouring equivalent level villas and residents. Sea water swimming pool shared by another 3 villas.
