Upon entering Luxury V you are greeted by a 3 foot solid jade Buddha who resides in the circular entry with stained glass skylights and inlaid lillypad mosaic floor tiles. Throughout Luxury V there is generous use of marble, granite, etched glass, crystal, original art, motion sensor lighting, and very fine furnishings, including down sofas.
The master bedroom suite has panoramic ocean and golf course views, a separate lounge with television and sofa, a circular ocean view sitting area, and one of the largest and most fun master bathrooms we have yet seen. There is a steam shower room with colorful tropical mosaic tiles, a deep soaking spa tub, double dressing rooms, and twin vanities with beautiful etched glass.
To the left of the entry is a private office with flat screen television, fax, and high speed internet service. Adjacent to the office is a guest bedroom with private bath. The right wing of the Estate has two unique children's rooms and the 5th bedroom. One bedroom is decorated for a girl and the boys suite has a loft playroom accessed via a ladder. Between the two, is a play room with child size furnishings and television with VCR and Nintendo. A sand box is outside the kiddie play room.
