Luxurious house situated in first line of the sea on the south west coast of the island. At only few minutes from the beaches of Cala Yundal, Es Xarco, Es Torrent,… Great views over the sea and the coast. Possibility of using a boat mooring in the small beach of Porroig. Large property completely surrounded by a wall and with access trough an electrical gate. Nice garden with private pool. House built around a patio of Arabic style. Main part: 3 double bedrooms with access to the patio decorated with different styles: -Oriental room: double bedroom with double bed and complete bathroom. -Mallorca room: double bedroom with double bed and complete bathroom. -Indian room: double bedroom with double bed, T.V. and complete bathroom with shower and bath. Reserve with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer … Toilette for invitees. Small bar and exterior dining place situated in the patio. Large living room divided into different places: living T.V. room with T.V., parabolic aerial, video, music, (piped music in all the rooms); dining place and living place. Kitchen very well equipped with dining place and barbecue. First floor: Main bedroom: double bed, T.V., complete bathroom with large bath and large terrace with incredible views of the sea. Boat room: Boat style double bedroom with bathroom. Pool level: Private pool situated on the cliff with nice views over the sea. Semi-detached to the staff house, the Lodge: double African style bedroom with complete bathroom. Very nice and luxurious decoration.

Included in the price: cleaning service (4 hours x 2 pers.) every day from Monday to Friday. Possibility of having extra services under request.

MINIMUM RENTING PERIOD: 2 WEEKS. SERVICES INCLUDED: 1 CLEANING SERVICE OF 4 HRS EVERY DAY FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, AND A LAUNDRY SERVICE ONCE PER WEEK. POSSIBILITY TO HAVE EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE AND COOK SERVICES ON REQUEST.
