This modern, newly renovated villa is situated on a hill side close Es Cubells. It occupies a quiet position, in a residential area, and benefits from fantastic sea views, of Formentera and the south coast. At 15 minutes from Ibiza town and at 5 minutes from the beaches Ses boques, Porroig, Es Torrent,.. and many more small creeks. To the front of the house, facing the sea, is a large sun terrace with the swimming pool with overflow effect( irregular form, 5 x 9 m aprox. ). Land of: 1.200 m. House built in three levels. The very comfortable and attractive interiors have been decorated and furnished with a strong Moroccan influence. The sitting/dining room on the ground floor, opens to a furnished terrace for relaxing or dining outdoors. All the bedrooms have a beautiful sea view. Ground floor: Entrance, living room with T.V. satellite with European channels, opening to the terrace, with both sitting and dining areas, and to the dining room with a small American kitchen equipped with dishwasher and reserve with washing machine and clothes dryer. Main bedroom ( with matrimonial bed ), equipped with tv satellite, open to the terrace, and complete bathroom. First floor: Complete bathroom and two double bedrooms ( with single beds ), both with balcony terrace. Pool level: Totally independent from the main house, double bedroom with single beds and a shower room. Access to a small creek trough a small path. Very comfortable and luxurious decoration.
