Beautiful property situated in the south of the island , in the luxury complexe Los Parques de Es Cubells, at only 20 minutes drive from Ibiza Town. At two minutes from villa there are two small beaches, Cala Llentrisca and Ses Boques and close to this area are all the small beaches of the west part like, Es Torrent, Porroig, Cala Yundal, Sa Caleta…. In a very quiet area with beautiful views over the sea , the west coast and Formentera. The villa have 3 levels: Bedrooms, living rooms and pool. 5 double bedrooms with complete bathroom with shower , one of them with Jacuzzi, home cinema and private terrace ( incredible views to the sea from the Jacuzzi and the bed ). Three other bedrooms have t.v.. The T.V have French satellite and spanish channels but there is possibility to change to English or German satellite ( in charge ). 2 invitees toilets. 1 service room with washing and dry machines. 1 large kitchen very well equipped with dish machine. 1 large terrace in front of the living room. Living and dining room. 1 barbecue and bar pool with pool toilet. Large pool with views over the sea. Mooring for boat close to the villa.
