Main house: 5 double bedrooms all with full bathroom en suite except one that has a shower bathroom en suite. 2 of these 5 bedrooms are equally beautiful and big and can be used as master bedrooms. (if two families want to rent the house ) Both master bedrooms have big terraces, TVs, videos and satellite connections. One of the two has a desk also with internet connection. Both have amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea and Formentera. The other 3 bedrooms are a little bit smaller, one having it's own terrace and two of them sharing a salon. Each bedroom has ample cupboard space and air condition and some have ceiling fans as well. The main house also has a large salon cum dinning area of approx. 60 m2 ( with air condition) and an open very well working fireplace, a cloakroom and a smallish kitchen ( approx. 12 m2) It has direct access to the main terrace and pool area from each room. Pool area has an extremely large Terrace and several seating, dinning areas Private pool is aprox. 5 x 10 m There is an outside kitchen with all the amenities needed. Hot air oven, grill, loads of gas cooking spaces, a grill with lava stones (smeg appliances), dishwasher, double sink, espresso machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a huge dinning table that seats 12. The view from this outside kitchen/dinning room ( approx. 35 m3 ) is absolutely amazing, overlooking the entire pool area and the Med with Formentera, Cap des Falco, Cala Yondal and Es Cubells in the distance. On the garden side of this outside kitchen/dinning is a built in barbecue. The guest house: totally separated from the main house and has its own entrance (if needed, even to park a car) and a terrace. The bedroom has 2 single beds with mosquito netting and can be converted into a double bed if desired. There is a large bathroom with shower. Very comfortable and luxurious decoration. Included in the price: 8 hours of cleaning service from Monday to Saturday except Wednesday afternoons.
