Description of Kudahithi Island:

Location: Kudahithi is located on North Male atoll in the Maldives, roughly 16 nautical miles from the airport (approx 1 hour away by speed boat) and less than a mile from Boduhithi. Kudahithi is the most exclusive Resort of the Maldives: set on a tiny strip of white sand covered with rich vegetation, seven bungalows arranged in such a way that everyone's privacy is fully respected. In this dream setting, it is easy to see why Kudahithi ('the small island') is one of our most extraordinary and exclusive clubs. Surrounding: The Maldives is warm all year round with strong monsoon winds and rain from May to October and milder monsoon rains from November to April. Maximum temperature is 30.4 Celsius/86.7 Fahrenheit, minimum temperature is 25.4 Celsius/77.6 Fahrenheit. Accommodation: 7 luxury bungalows, all exclusively furnished and all different. Every bungalow has its own name: Balinese, Maharani, Rehendi, Safari are twin beds, Captain, Maldivian, Sheick are double bed. Safari, Maldivian and Captain face the ocean through a private wooden wharf, while the others are located directly on the beach. The bungalows offer the comfort and the space of a private house. They are originally furnished with refined accessories. Each guest room features: direct line telephone, color TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fully-stocked mini refreshment bar, generously sized bath towels, beach towels, dhoni (local small sailing boats) european toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, shower cap), hair dryer, private veranda and personal safe. No children under 12 years allowed. Guest Services: Twice daily housekeeping attention, Laundry service, multi-lingual staff, Room service, 24-hours secretarial service ( fax, photocopies ), Express check in / departure, Library, Video library and CD at disposal at the reception, Boutique gift shop at Boduhithi, Doctor available for consultation free of charge at Boduhithi Dining: The restaurant offers superb international cuisine with Italian influences, plenty of fish and pasta. The service is refined and always at disposal to satisfy our guest desires. Buffet service for breakfast and lunch with a wide variety of fresh made sweet and salty specialties. Room service for breakfast on request. Dinner is served at table in a refined and romantic atmosphere. The lounge bar offers a relaxed atmosphere. "Open bar" all day long, extras as champagne are available on request.

Activities & daytrips: Kudahithi is a small luxury village with a peaceful atmosphere offering extremely relaxing activities. On the beach there are three pavilions offering shade and a place to relax. On Kudahithi there are no sport activities, diving and entertainment. Our guests can enjoy them at Boduhithi. A 5-minute boat shuttle service is provided free of charge between the two Resorts. The Diving Center is at disposal of our guests. Are included: initiation to diving, 2 dives per day (only for licensed divers). There are daily excursions in dhoni (typical local boat) for excursions and goggling. Hiring of private speed boats to try the emotion of the open Ocean for deep-sea fishing and trolling is also available.
