The villa is located 5-minutes walking distance from the centre of Anacapri, in a very quiet and silent corner of the area. The property is set among the island’s typical Mediterranean vegetation and lush greenery, overlooking the town of Anacapri and the sea. It's a charming house built in typical Ana-Caprese style, shown by the architecture and the classical Porticos surrounding the villa.
Main villa: The villa is reached by walking down a small alleyway, decorated with flowers. The entrance offers a very graceful lounge in wooden furniture. Nearby lies the kitchen, decorated in the same style and equipped with an oven, 4-range stove top, and dishwasher. Access to the first bedroom is from the living room, where you find a private and very cured bathroom with majolica tiles and shower box. The bedroom also enjoys access out onto a spacious panoramic terrace. A second, very comfortable living room is located on the ground floor and leads into a second and third spacious bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. Both bedrooms are furnished in the same style as the first. One of the bedrooms boasts access onto a small portico terrace.
Annex: The dependence is a lovely, small independent and very private apartment, with a bedroom enjoying a wooden staircase leading onto a Taverna where the living room, with sofas, and kitchenette are located. Access into the external living room area is through the Taverna, which is furnished with bamboo sofas and canvas curtains.
Garden area: The surrounding garden boasts Bougainville, lemons, and Mediterranean spices. It is also equipped with a tiled dining table, comfortably shaded by a portico in typical Caprese style.
