    There is a shaded main terrace with a dining table for max. 12. This unique property is designed in a style of a luxurious yacht and can't be seen from the access road. Natural sea rocks were used as main construction material to build a few privileged houses right at the sea. Ideally located, within just 5 minutes walk to Portofino's famous harbor with its fancy yachts, relaxed seafood restaurants and designer shops, yet Villa Portofino I is protected from the crowds and offers absolute privacy. Deployed on three split levels, the villa has large shaded flower filled terraces that remind winding decks of a ship. Gracious PORTOFINO I. Mediterranean pine trees that create warm atmosphere of seclusion are carefully preserved to grow through the terra-cotta tiles. Wonderful resting, dining and sunbathing areas are perfectly arranged for enjoyable outdoor living. The lower terrace is fully equipped as a private beach and can be also approached by a jetty.

    The living and indoor dining room are on the main level. A glass table seats x 10/12 guests Spacious parlour divided into charming living and dining areas is tastefully decorated by elegant furniture and by fine objects of contemporary art. Oval glass dinner table comfortably seats 12 guests. Attached guest kitchen is equipped with ice cube machine, professional espresso coffee machine, dish washer, refrigerator filled with refreshing beverages. The professional kitchen, headquarters of the Chef, and service rooms are located on upper level. In Summer (April - October) meals are usually served on a terrace. Romantic "pine tree terrace" is perfect for buffet dinner parties accompanied by live Italian music for max. 50 people. Combine this with superb cuisine and attentive personalized service, sip wonderful wine, dive into translucent water, or simply relax at the sun deck. Indoor glass table seats x 10; outdoor main terrace table seats x 12 Each of the 4 x double bedrooms (2 x twins; 1 x king size; 1 x queen size) has its own exit to the terrace overlooking magnificent sea view. Additional bunk bedroom is suitable for children or for single use. In 3 x modern bathrooms ( 2 x with bath tubs; 1 x shower) the guests will find exclusive toilet articles, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels of highest quality.     Main terrace has a large extending wooden table - seats comfortably x 12 guests. There is also a twin professional barbecue. A top level terrace is called a "captain's cockpit" - direct access from a queen bedroom Pool - alas, no. It is a rare luxury to have a pool and a private beach in Portofino. Please note: there are only 4(!!) villas in Portofino build right at the water. This villa has its own fully equipped small private beach on a lower terrace: 8 x sun chairs; indoor shower cabin; diving bridge; The nearest sandy beach (both public and private) - 3 km.
