This beautiful villa in Sardinia on the Costa Smeralda was designed by well-known Italian architect Ferdinand Fagnola, who also built the villa for Comtessa Parodi, that is next door and built in the same style. Villa Sardinia V is situated on its own 6,500m2(~1.6 acre) plot of land, which goes down to a small beach, 2-3 min. walk. It has wonderful turquoise coloured water and there is a breathtaking wide-angel view of the Mediterranean Sea. The house has central heating and is in very good condition. It is 15-20 min. by car to the Pevero Golf course and Porto Cervo. Also 15-20 min. to Porto Rotondo (by boat 5 minutes). The harbour of Portisco is 5 min. by car, where there is a small supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants and all size of boats can also be rented and/or moored there. There is a housekeeper available who has looked after the house for many years. At the entrance to the area there is a barrier, which can only be opened by code or by a wireless beeper. Security staff patrols the whole area. A gardener takes care of the garden with no costs for the persons renting the house.
