The cool and airy bedrooms are all decorated in rich Tuscan country style with co-ordinating natural fabrics, each with elegant unsuited or private shower room, all newly fitted with cool white porcelain and spacious showers. The villa is fully air conditioned (all rooms). The outside offers a mosaic tiled infinity pool with hydro massage area, and old stone paved solarium furnished with ample light sun beds. Adjacent to the pool there is a south -westerly facing pool loggia (superb for parties and family gatherings!) equipped for dining and beautifully cushioned sofas and chairs for relaxing and a fantastically set-up BBQ area. The views from the gardens and pool over the countryside are simply magnificent. It is the ideal place for group gathering and special events.

Atop one of the hills that dominate the Elsa Valley, stands San Gimignano, the ancient medieval city, which still preserves its roots and its works of art. Highlights which must be seen are the Collegiate Church, one of the most famous in the world, containing frescoes by Benozzo Gozzoli and Ghirlandaio, and the Museo Civico with its collection of apothecary jars from the Spezieria di Santa Fina. Besides its famous Vernaccia wine, San Gimignano’s many shops offer the products of typical Tuscan artisans, marked by the skill and tradition handed down from father to son, from boar sausages to cheeses, from terracotta to hand-made pottery, to leather goods.
The “magic and mysterious” city of Volterra has its roots in three thousand years of history. It is possible to find evidence and traces from every historical period, which gives the artistic city a unique aspect. Volterra, besides being city of many museums, it is rich in natural beauty. There are organized excursions on foot, on horse back or by bicycle along kilometers of sign posted itineraries enabling visitors to discover unique and beautiful places. Volterra is also famous for the regional gastronomical specialties and for the warm hospitality offered to visitors.
