Outside, small independent courtyard with table for dining in the open air. Shared use of the swimming pool, table tennis and billiards.

Tuscan XX Estate a typical Tuscan country house of the 16th century, is situated in panoramic position on top of a hill embedded in olive grooves. During the recent renovation great importance was given to retain the original style and structures in its form and size. The property is located a few kilometers from Florence in a panoramic position and near a charming village called after Tuscan XX ( the house was named after it). The village offers great shopping and many cafes and restaurant. It is perfect for walking in the morning for a nice cappuccino in the piazza and a lovely dinner at night. A warm hospitality, a confidential atmosphere and the dreamy silence of the Tuscan hills promise an unforgettable vacation. A wonderful garden and panoramic pool sourrounds the main building.
