Our villa is one of thirty gracious Auberge Residences terraced along a dramatic cove at the exclusive, private resort retreat of Esperanza in the community of Punta Ballena. Our villa and the entire resort property is managed by Auberge Resorts of California.
This impressive 2, 500 square foot residence has been created with meticulous attention to detail. The architecture perfectly reflects the region's Mexican Baja style, featuring a palapa ceiling, latillo awning, native stone work and stucco walls. Its style is understated, yet sophisticated, with a distinctly authentic interior décor of hand-painted floors, casually elegant, handcrafted furnishings and original Mexican artwork.
A spacious patio and floor to ceiling glass doors that disappear into the walls were designed to bring the tranquility of the surrounding outdoor environment indoors, and create living areas defined by a sense of personal space within an oasis of peace and relaxation. Its elevated, third level position commands panoramic ocean and sunset views, and assures complete privacy. Capture expansive views of the dramatic surroundings and be sure to bring your binoculars so you can spot migrating whales.
Each luxurious bedroom suite offers a king sized bed dressed with Frette linens and down duvet comforter, as well as a spacious en-suite with spa bath and separate shower.
You can also tempt your taste buds with Mexican specialties served poolside at the private Residence Club Palapa Bar and Grill or dine on masterfully prepared cuisine at Esperanza’s signature Oceanside Restaurant nestled intimately among the cliffs, one of the most dramatic settings of any restaurant worldwide. There is also in-residence dining and room service, oceanfront bar and a 100+ tequila and cigar menu. You can also hire your own personal chef to cook at the villa's fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
A stunning infinity swimming pool is located oceanside, and a second pool is located further inland, both for the enjoyment of Residence Club owners and guests exclusively. The Hotel's spectacular pool is also set oceanside and offers poolside service.
Designed around the ocean, our recently constructed waterfront villa features lofty, artistically woven thatch-beam “palapa” ceilings, heavenly triple sheeted feathered beds topped with Frette linens and duvets, down comforters and numerous custom handcrafted Mexican rugs.

The master bathroom has a delightful indoor/outdoor shower adorned with lavish tile and stone, double sinks, private toilet rooms, oversized jetted soaking tub, candles and generous bottles of rich toiletries. You will enjoy several large private terraces with outdoor seating. There are also 3 satelite TV's, DVD player, CD stereo, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer (laundry service if desired) , phones with voice mail & data port for high speed Internet and an in-room safe. Our palapa casita also enjoys a direct view of the famous stone arch (El Arco) at Land’s End and spectacular sunsets. The historical Cabo lighthouse can be seen in the distance.

You can spend relaxing hours around one of several exquisite oceanfront infinity edge pools or along the private sandy beach lazing in an umbrella shaded chaise lounge.
