A luxurious waterfront villa in a private gated estate, in a private gated community. With all the amenities of a top notch hotel, this villa is your ultimate vacation experience. Located in a private gated estate of four villas, with lush landscaping and pampering your every need. With incredible ocean views, this beach is very popular during turtle season for the hundreds of turtles who nest here. A specatular thing to view and remember for a lifetime. While snorkelling view the colorful reef fish, stingrays, crabs, and in the right season, turtles laying eggs in the evenings between 10 p.m. and 5 am. A favorite area for the sea turtles. From May through to Oct. the turtles return to the beach every year to lay their eggs in the sand. During this time, many new nests can be laid on the beach each evening. You may watch, sitting in the sand right next to these awesome turtles as they lay their eggs. Please do not shine a flashlight at them or disturb them. In the morning at the end of the season, you can view the hatchling turtles heading into the ocean.
If you have larger groups there are 3 other villas on the estate. All 5 bedroom but will consider renting as 4 or even possibly 3 bedrooms. Also a perfect place for weddings. The estate can seat 100 comfortably for a sit down dinner in the palapa. There is a staff of 22 for the entire estate. You will have maid service 7 days a week. As well as a nightly turn down service with a chocolate on your pillow! There is a fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the chef. They are able to meet your every need. Walkie talkies are supplied to keep in contact with them on a 24 hour basis. The office is located on the site and can assist you with any special requests. There is also a weekly meal plan option served either in the palapa or at your villa. Most special requests you need can be met such as baby sitting, and tours.
We have opened a new private beach club on site. We have suffered some beach damage and have gone to plan B and created this wonderful area for you. Just south, a few meters of the complex, the beautiful sandy white beach, strewn with conch shells still does exist. They have a small gym area. Professional services of a masseuse, chef, baby sitter, arranged tours, doctor on call is also available.The estate has kareokee, ping pong, kayaks, snorkel gear, hammocks, pool floaties, volleyball, and boogie boards. There is unlimited bottled water and 24 hour security
Round trip transportation provided between the villa and the Cancun Airport for up to 8 guests.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own controlled a/c unit. For those who want the use of it or for those who would rather the gentle flowing breezes of the ocean coming through your terraza doors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern amenities. If you prefer our chef can cook for you. Included is bottled water and maid service 7 days a week except major holidays. (Although that can be arranged for an extra fee).
This villa has everything a hotel can offer.
The villa sleeps 8 comfortably, but for an added fee 2 more guests can use the sofa. The maid does laundry.
Included is unlimited bottled water, nightly sheet turn down, 7 day a week maid service, 24 hour security. Van rental is an option as an extra fee.
