Information
By special arrangement Puerto Vallarta III has been made available to select qualified groups. The Villa is a privately owned estate and is not open to the general public. Because the Villa accommodates only one group at a time, there is a six bedroom for four nights minimum during April thru December. A seven bedroom for four nights minimum during January thru March. Student groups, bachelor parties, packaging general public groups, or the like are not accepted.
The Staff
The staff is charming, well trained, and eager to please. They consist of three housemen, two maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Their desire is to see that the guests have a wonderful stay.
Food and Liquor
The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an at cost basis; there is no mark-up. An itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or traveller's checks. [Please note: no credit cards or personal checks accepted.] The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.
Air Conditioning
Six of the ten bedrooms are air conditioned. All others have ceiling fans.
Water
The estate has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.
Electricity
All of the Villa's electric plug receptacles are U.S. standard (AC 110-115) outlets.
