Villa Puerto Vallarta 37 comes with a professional staff of housemaid, Moso (houseman) who also serves as your bartender, cook and on-site house manager that will greet all guest at the airport.  Your cook does all the shopping and prepares 2 meals a day to your specifications or you may choose from our wonderful menu. The staff works a 6 day work week with their day off being determined by the day of the group’s arrival. We can help fulfill any special requests you desire. Villa Puerto Vallarta 37s house manager, Tony, is a long time resident of Puerto Vallarta and can arrange for anything from special tours at discounted rates to live music for a party, a massage by the pool to having your favorite brand of ice cream ready upon your arrival.

Two large Master suite bedrooms with private marble bathrooms and shower.
Both suites have their own private balcony with ocean view, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
There is a King size bed in Suite #1 and two Queen size beds in Suite #2.

Main Entrance Level:
Formal Living Room with guest Bathroom, large terrace with exceptional ocean views and settings for formal dining.  The third master suite is also on this level.
Master Suite #3 has a King size bed, and large marble bathroom and shower, Air conditioning, ceiling fan and Wet Bar/kitchenette

Lower Level:
5 bedrooms with private bathrooms/showers.
A total of 2 king size beds, 3 Queen size beds, 1 Double size bed and a couch that converts into a single bed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning
Main Kitchen, Dining area, Heated private pool and large terrace with lounge chairs are also on this level.
Dining Area has Seating for up to 25 guests.
