The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, an upper area with double sofa bed, three bathrooms, kitchen, large living room. The villa can comfortably host 8 people. If needed, a 850 sq ft dependance, located just in front of the main villa, where the owners usually live, could accommodate 4 guests more. ( additional bed 1    additional bed 2 ) It is elegantly furnished, showing the exquisite, good, refined taste of the owners who paid attention to the smallest details to make their guest's stay exclusive, unforgettable and fairytale. Main Villa (sleeps 8)
A lovely path surrounded by Mediterranean pines connects the main road with the private parking of the property. From the parking, guests have access to the beautiful patio, furnished with scenic curtains, armchairs, sofas and tables with precious chandeliers Adjacent to the patio is the party Hall with its wooden floor, raftered ceilings and chandeliers similar to those of the patio. An English lawn with palm trees and other trees leads to the swimming pool accessorized with sun umbrellas, beds and armchairs to enjoy relax and tan. The internal area of the villa is accessible by the living room, kitchen or by the main bedroom divided into a "night" area, with fine antique furniture and another area furnished with sofas and armchairs. A corridor leads to the luxury bathroom equipped with a double precious marble sink, a fantastic Jacuzzi for two people and a beautiful set of curtains. A marble staircase then leads to the upper area where guests can have at their disposal a shower room, facilities and a lovely relax area enriched with a lovely writing desk, little armchairs and a double sofa bed. The raftered ceilings contribute to give the whole area a fairytale atmosphere. This first area of the villa is then completed by the two refined and elegantly designed bedrooms with internal bathrooms, one with tub and the other with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with an eye to the antique style. The large open space living room is really breathtaking! The lovely glass walls, with a view on the patio and lawn below, make the whole area bright and warm. The floor in "cotto", the raftered ceilings, the antique precious fireplace , "core" of this area as well as sofas, armchairs, tables, carpets, sideboards pictures and, last but not least, a picturesque wooden horse complete this masterpiece of elegance and good taste.
