The Villa is distributed into 6 spacious and independent sections, each one with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. A total of 9 bathrooms, 6 kitchens, 5 fireplaces, various dining and living rooms and 2 laundry rooms. Each section is equipped with all the necessary comfort: fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, DVD, internet WIFI access, HIFI stereo systems, iron,... A large swimming pool with chillouts overseeing Formentera, a sauna and a barbaqueue. Services included: a weekly cleaning and change of sheets & towels. Beach & pool towels. Gardening, cleaning and maintenance of the pool and common areas. Other services that may be included upon demand: daily cleaning, chef, child care, boat rental (the boat Hedoné with capacity for up to 8 passengers is the perfect option for a day charter to Formentera). The Villa is available for rent either as the entire House (minimum stays of 1 week), or each section or apartment separately -guests share common areas such as pool, gardens, parking, laundry... In this last case, owners live in premises in one of the sections and give permanent service to the clients.
