Description of Villa Sunset Point:

Located at the tip of prestigious Ocean Point, this villa which appears to be two houses, is in fact one large villa built in two separate sections offering you additional privacy and memorable views from every room, each of which opens on to a covered deck. Open any door, breathe the clean air and view the nearby turquoise sea and you will become a part of this wonderful seascape rather than just a distant spectator. Built in the early 90’s, this substantial villa with its high ceilings and tasteful décor, places you in a tropical environment with more luxurious comforts than you could imagine. A crescent-shaped white sand beach is a six minute walk from your villa and the new tennis courts are the same distance away.

Amenities:

Set amid a lush and colorful landscaping, this villa offers four bedrooms (all with queen-sized beds), 5 baths, a finely equipped gourmet kitchen, swimming pool, 33 channel cable TV, stereo, CD player, washer, dryer and a foot-friendly ocean at your back door. A short drive away is an 18 hole golf course, great restaurants and friendly people. Nonstop jets fly from Miami right to the island and the villa is approximately five miles from the airport.

Rental Notes

In order to keep rental rates low, maid service is included before, after and one time in the middle of your stay for a light clean-up. Additional maid service is available for $7 an hour with a three-hour minimum. Many people feel too much maid service can be an intrusion on privacy, so it is not included in the rate, otherwise causing you to pay for something you may not want, but available inexpensively if you do want it. Air conditioning is available in all the villas, some with a surcharge based on usage via a separate, easy-to-read, digital meter. Cooks - If you want a cook or chef to cook at the villa for you, this can be easily arranged. However, there are some very enjoyable restaurants on the island representing many nationalities and ranging in price from cheap to expensive.
